So, apparently, when the news man says that the whole country is covered in snow what he means is that the big cities have had snow...I'm not sure I understand...

AND our town has its own...micro climate? (that's it) and even whenever they say something will effect the whole coast it will actually do the opposite here...
I'm so confused!
